Aim of the study: To study the functional status of kidneys, hepatobiliary system, cerebral and renal circulation, intracardiac hemodynamics in patients with CD and AT using radionuclide methods on scitillation gamma-camera MV 9200 under the influence of surgical and medicamental treatment. Marked disturbances of sekretory-filtration, excretion and total function of kidneys, of functional status of hepatobiliary system, of cerebral, renal and intracardiac circulation have been reported in patients with active form of CD and AT. At the stage of clinical remission after surgical, medicamental or combined treatment,an improvement or normalization of radionuclide indicator has been established. These data have both scientific and practical importance. The novelty of the investigations carried out is connected with use of modern radionuclide methods of diagnosis, which allow to reveal disturbances of functional indiccators at ear ly preclinical stages, when treatment is still effective.New results, as compared to world level, consist in a study of the influence of surgical and medicamental treatment on radionuclide indicators of visceral function in the presence of CD and AT.
