We studied the blood clotting system and stated that pregnant women with congenital heart diseases the chronic form of DIC syndrome. We stated the disorders in ctntral and intracardial hemodynamics, the changes in miocardial contractile capacity. During studies of uterine-placental, placental-fetal and fetal blood circulation we stated the indices which in the most significant degree were changed in cases of maternal congenital heart diseases. Firstly, based on the complex study of indices mother-placenta-fetus we created the system of perinatal risk factors, wich allowed the quantative evaluation of threaten of pregnancy for mother and fetus, to solve the main issues of tactics of pregnancy management in pregnant women with congenital heart diseases.
