It's been studied that disorders in stress-realizing and stress-limiting chains of organism functional neuro-humoral regulation had impact on action of chronic psychoemotional stress in studied cohort of women, characterizing the process of disadaptation with one of the leading manifestation of which was development of FGR. It'd been revealed the reduction of nitric oxide content in daily urine and blood and L-arginin in blood serum in FGR of II-III degrees. All these allowed to think that developed disoders in nitric oxide in this complication characterized the process of disadaptation. The using of method of psychological adaptation and corrected diet with enhanced L-arginin content in pregnant of high risk group of FGR of I-II degrees allowed to improve the psychological state of pregnant women, to reduce the incidence of fetal retardation, complications of pregnancy and delivery, improvement of newborns state.
