The SR purpose - development of information technology in AC on basis Web-technology of access to documentary DB (DDB) and creation necessary SW in support of functioning its model. It enables the experts AC to carry out the structured and fast access to DDB at performance by them of the professional duties. A research method - modeling of processes of collective access of the experts AC to DDB with use Web-technologies. Developed: 1) target setting SW a long-term storage of the documents in conditions of use of various software; 2) target setting SW of line registration of the documents. Has been formulated the basic requirements and principles of construction of information technology in AC are proved on the basis of use of Web-technology. The structure and contents of headings, breadboard models active of Web-pages of access to information resources AC is developed. The necessary software for support of this technology are developed. The results SR are applied directly in AC at the expense of introduction of technology of an information exchange, program and technical maintenance of information storehouse of electronic mail AC.
