The methods of research - adsorption, luminescent, reflective, Raman- spectroscopy, magnetic- and polarizing nonlinear optics. Quantumdimencional elements such as quantum points, wires and wells on the basis of А2В6, А3В5, А4В6 semiconductor compounds and atomic semiconductors Ge and Si were exposed to influences of such factors as temperature, replacement stochiometric composition, magnetic field and laser radiation. The analysis of optical spectra have allowed to determine frequency intervals of functional action new emitters on the basis of porous silicon, quantum well transistors, light-emitting diodes, receivers and generators of coherent radiation in infra-red area of a spectrum. The machine technology of designing multilayer interference fi lters, laser mirrors, layered polarizers of light for ultra-violet, visible and infra-red areas of a spectrum are developed. The results of technological development, theoretical and experimental researches are introduced into manufacture of elements of optoelectronic and electronic engineering.
