In the basis of engine run the principle of addition of several oscillations in appropriate way shifted on a phase is assigned. Thus the oscillations of stretch - compression of the piezo-electric cylinder were used. The developed engine provides adjustable frequency of rotation of the shaft from 0,1 up to 30 rev/min. The offered engine can be used in systems of an automation, in machine tools for precision moving, and also in high-precision scientific devices, where there is a need in without inertia drives with rather low speeds.
