The purpose - is to study autochthonous adapted dendrological flora and herbaceous plants in cities of Ukraine. The methods of analysis of the autochthonous adapted vegetation and evaluation of landscape-aesthetic features of plantscommunities are used. Results:recommendations on introduction in urban plantations the autochthonous and adapted to aboriginal conditions species of native flora of Ukraine are worked out. The experience of these plants cultivation in M.M.Grishko NBS, NAS of Ukraine was generalized, expositions of green plantations including some species of native flora were designed.
