The recommendations concerning replacements of such systems on regenerators with a spherical filler are given. The mathematical model of the furnace with ball regenerators composed and is realized as the program on the computer. The adaptation of a model is made and the conditions of applicabilityё to the acting furnaces are analysed. Because of of mathematical model the analysis of influence of major factors on technical parameters of work of the furnace with deep salvaging of heat is executed and the appropriate recommendations for operation of such furnaces are given.
