The study of properties and quality of cast components shown that level of their properties can be increased due to remove of defects of casting and providing more homogeneous structure. The hot plastic deformation is the most effective means in this way. The aims of present work are follow: cfrry out of processes of hot plastic deformation to achieve optimum structure and high level of properties of titanium-base alloys having different degree of eutecticity. During present work: -different methods of hot plastic deformation (forging, rolling) and parameters of deformation (Edef=10...75%, Tdef=1000...1250 C) were studied, - fase composition and microstructure of hipo- and hipereutectic cast alloys were studied after different regims of hot plastic deformation, - optimum regims of hot plastic deformation were shown for titanium-base alloys of different degree of eutecticity.
