Aim of reseach is foundation of organizing economical preconditions in industry for integration of Ukraine to world community. There were used monographycal testing methods, structure and methodical analysis, mathematical simulation in the work. There were planned and climed: technical assignment, methodical reference, the Programme of preparation the Industrial politic Ministrys' enterprises to work in conditions of membership in GATT/WTO for 1999-2005. Coordination of realization is conduction, four collections of Monitoring of fulfilment the Programme were published quartely. In Programme were used 33 Administrations and Departments, more than 2500 enterprises with different forms of ownship institutional subjects of negotiational process Ukraine-WTO. Realization of the Programme makes ground in industry for improvement of competitive and foreign economic activity of indust rial enterprises on the basis of accession to GATT and entry into WTO.
