Aim of reseach is scientific assurance of protection of intellectual property of Industrial politic Ministry of Ukraine which was created in fulfilment of government programmes process and fulfilment of functions of the main organization of industry. Were used such methods: method of statistical samples; comparative analysis method, monographycal method. Results of reseach: was made ready data base of intellectual property of Ministry and informational file of industrial property of foreign firms in Ukraine; were determined the vain trends of firm's introduction into Ukraine's market. Were hold three seminars of Industrial politic Ministry and enterprises specialists; was rendered organizational-and-methodical assistance for enterprises and was conducted the rang of expertises about the right on intellectual property objects and transfered of these rights to thei r using; was planned a new form of agricultural agreement for creating of scientific-and-technical products: were got ready the plan of provisions about regulation of legal relations on creating and using the intellectual property in industry; were substantiated propositions about protection of products with using of inventions which are keeped the state secret of USSR; was worked informational reference- is the model of workers on DSTU-35-N-97 and DSTU-3575-97. Results of fulfilment: the work is used in activity of Administrations of Industrial politic Ministry and Ukraine enterprises under the creating of new joint enterprises determination the competitiveness of enterprises products, protecting of the intellectual property objects.
