Proteins of human erythroleukemia cell line K 562, derived during their erythroid and megacariocytic differentiation showing modulatig interaction with recombinant proteins were identified. We analyse their interaction dynamic and phosphorylation level on Tyr residues. Changes in the pTyr containig proteins in the anty-Abl immunoprecipitates in induced and noninduced K 562 cells were analised. It was shown that inductors of erythroid and megacariocytic differentiation alter the regulation of Ras- and PI3 kinase- dependent signalling pathways which may be involved in mitogenesis stimulation and apoptosis inhibition as well as in the differentiation induction in the same type of Br-Abl transformed cells.
