TGF-(1 induced decreasing of sensitivity to the hyperthermia effects in A-549 cells. Cisplatin-resistant cells L1210 produce more TGF-(1 and are concomitantly resistant to TGF-( growth-inhibitory effect while more sensitive to heat shock and mistletoe lectines. Obtained results suggest different response of cells to action of stress agents including resistance to them. Final TGF-(1 bioeffect defined by cellular competence and putative mechanism for realization of cytokine action. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-03 Close
