The generalization and compative analysis progress of industrial production in main sectors of Ukrainian economy with consideration of its struuctural transformation have been carried out. Structural transformation of the Ukrainian economy associated with preservation and reconstruction of existing industrial building and structures under condition of the progress in energy in industrial construction sector. Classification of industrial building by their types and character of deformation in severe geological conditions of construction are proposed. Propositions on creation of the system of assessment of technical conditions of industrial buildings and constructions are subject to deformation are developed. The ways of possible energy saving at existing industrial building and constructions on the basis of the proposed methods of inspection and recording of industrial building thermal peremetrs are reviewed.
