Purpose of elaboration- analysis of the cost index number of component expense in objects of construction and creation of a data bank of cost indexes on functional unity of the object. The datas on the cost of construction of objects of consumer service are assembled, for what the developments of institute " Kyivdipropobut " are used. For creation of a data bank of cost indexes is selected the bath-health improving complex with the of self-service from one Novograd- Volynsk of Zhitomir region. The scientifically justified analysis is conducted and the calculations of cost indexes on functional unity of the object, as a whole, and on structural elements are fulfilled. As a result of calculations the cost of functional unity (1м ) object make 146,31 grn., includingcons truction of operations - 114,91 grn. (78,54 %), sanitary operations -20,60 grn. (14,08 %), electrotechnical operations - 8,48grn. (5,8 %), mounting of a production equipment - 2,05 grn. (1,4 %). Research techniques - statistical and analytical with allowance for of operating normative statements and inflationary processes in Ukraine.
