Purpose of the work: investigation of free redical oxidation role in pathogenesis of xenobiotics toxic action and its correction by tocopherol derivatives. It was shown for the first time that with xenobiotics toxic action which activated free radical oxidation effectiveness of short chain tocopherolacetate derivative (in equimolar doses) was not less but in some cases even higher than effectiveness of the pharmacopoeian preparation. It could simultaneously with antioxidant action demonstrate specific membrane stabilizing effects snd thus positively influence on the process of detoxication and bioenergetics via reduction of cytochrome P 450 contents and mitochondria enzymes activity. This derivative partially normalized processe of spermatogenesis, embryogenesis and demonstrated genoprotective action on the chromosomal level. Toxicological, cytological, embryol ogical, gonadotoxical, biochemical, morphological, physico-chemical methods of investigation were used in this study. List of necessary equipment: spectrophotometer SFG-46, microscope MBI-6, colorimeter KFK-2, pH-meter 340, etc. Importance of the results of investigation was based on the study of free radical oxidation role in pathogenesis of xenobiotics toxic action and scientific grounding for creation of the national preparation of vitamin E on the base of short chain analogue of tocopherolacetate. Results could be used in medicine and pharmacological industry. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-03 Close
