On the basis of a scientific-methodical substantiation of necessity supervision and analysis of influenceof power objects on environmental natural environment are developed:1) basic rules of the concept of an ecological estimation of pollution; a technique, specifications and algorithmof ecological examination of thermal electrical stations (TES), Gas-Turbine-Installations (GTI), of Steam-Gas-Installations (PGI), program "Ecological examination TES"; 2) common models of diagnostics harmful exhausts of power objects TES and GTI; the general provisions, principles, algorithm and model of the forecast of pollution of an environ ment harmful exhausts of power objects, that is projected and control of an ecological condition working power object a heat of power; 3) principles nad technique of an estimation of influence of objects a heat of power on an environment (OVNS), basic totals of real realization OVNS on Darnitskaya TEC of city of Kiev concerning reconstruction are brought; 4) concept and models of a databases of harmful exhausts of power objects, ecological risk of introduction of new technologies and power objects; 5) database of the power-ecological characteristics of steam turbines of TES, fuel and torchs of GTI with the recommendations concerning decrease exhausts; 6) instruction of the user of the program "Ecological examination TES".
