Targetof our work: to discover the peculiavity clinice-psyhopatology desorders of percones with cerebral-atheroscklerose. We are going to distinguish the criteries of experte estimation one psychical patology at poshumous and confrontation expertises in civil trial. We have to ground the methodment principles for providing them in diferent kinds of expertises. The method of research: theoretical, clinico-psychopatological, metod for expertise estimation of medecine documents, statistice method. The results were taken and the novelety of them: There were enveted cyctem analis and theoretical ground for conception of capabl and incapble. There werer learned and were given analis of diagnostical methodes for estimation psichical disorders.Its are u sing for FPE in civil trial. There were made the ground of methodical principes of expertise estimation for objects, what its were researched with this kinds of expertise. The degree has been using: We have printed about 20 articales and have gone them to legal encyclopedia. We have jast made the remarces and the recomendation at poits of project to civil codex (CC), civil trial codex (CTC) in Ukraine. We have offered the term of the incapabl and it was gone to CC and CTC in Ukraine. We have prepared the methodical recomendations.
