The purpose of development is the study of modes of generation of super-high power radiation by relativistic electron beams (REB) in overmoded electrodynamic structures with the aim of creation of super-power generators and amplifiers in centimeter and millimeter wave ranges. The numerical algorithm for modeling of processes of Cherenkov's radiation near the longitudinal resonances of a lattice in multicurvity electrodynamic structures is developed. It is proved, that the maxima of diffraction radiation are located near to longitudinal resonances. Influence of background plasma to the efficiency of diffraction radiation by REB is investigated. It is shown, that it results in to an increase in efficiency of radiation and to a displacement of a maximum of a diffraction radiation, what corresponds to experimental data. The mathematical model of resonant modes of generation in cylindrical periodic structures is created. The system of computer mo deling capable to promote the advance in an adequate understanding of a physical nature of generation of a super-power HF radiation have been developed. The improvement and optimization of sources a super-high power radiation are discussed. Areas of application - design of microwave electron devices, high-power and microelectronics.
