Those models take into account the influence of such factors as lightning channel geometry, multiple current pulse reflections, object height value, characteristics of lightning current, etc. The influence of mentioned factors upon parameters of recorded electromagnetic field is analyzed. It is shown, that EMF produced by the current within the struck object can significantly influence the resultant recorded EMF pulse (variation up to 100%). The comparison of modeling calculations and of experimental observations of lightning EMF is performed.
