The aim of elucidation: investigation of detoxification's efficiency the contemporary antidotes and to propose more proficient and less toxic ones for prophylaxis and treatment of lead and mercury intoxication and the body iron overloading syndrome. The investigative techniques: clinical (morphologic, biochemical, biophysical, electrophysiologycal), statistic. The high antidotes properties of the such medicine as Unitiol (Seri 20597), Berlition-oral in treatment of lead and mercury intoxication and the body iron overloading syndrome were determined. The pectin's forms, particularly the apple's one, and so sublimate Papaya (BIO-NORMALIZER) were recommended too. "Magne-B6" recovery the organ's main functions, which were distressed by the heavy metals intoxication. More proficient and less toxic antidotes for the prophylaxis and treatment of lead and mercury intoxication and the body iron overloading syndrome were de fined. The treatment's schemes were proposed. The results of this work may be used in establishment of public health (occupational diseases' clinics, occupational diseases' and toxicological departments of regions and cities hospitals, etc., and for training of the physicians in occupational diseases and toxicology.
