They are base for calculation of electroconductivities from stationary polarisation curves. The new theoretical base allows to design new electrolysers and other electrochemical devices. The theoretical model of dynamic behaviour of layer electrochemical system was developed on example of electrorefining of polyvalent element in liquid electrolyte. The borning of instability in the long-term process was analysed. These results are important for development of manufacturing technologies for continuous electrolyse process. The theoretical models was verified with experimental data of electrochemical decomposition of sulphide melts and the long-term electrorefining of niobium, tantalum and silicon.
