The aim of study is avaluation of the heavy metals effects on the nonspecific and specific immune reactivity of rats in vivo and on the cells in vitro to determinate based criterium of early immunological diagnostics and prognosing of heavy metals immunotoxicity. On the base of functional and morphological investigations of pathogenetical mechanism of lead and cadmium toxicity on immune cells and organs (thymus, spleen, lymph nodes) and comparison the dates of direct heavy metals immunotoxicity on blood neutrophyles and lymphocytes in vitro were worked out the criterium of early diagnostics and prognosing of heavy metals immunotoxicity. The lymphocytes are more vulnerable for harmful action of heavy metals in vivo and in vitro investigation, wich recomend it as test model in vitro test-system allow to determine potential immunotoxic propeties of xenobiotics and leading mechanisms of realization of injuring effects of xenobiotics. Luminol enhanced chemiluminescence assay was aplicated to measured toxic and immunotoxic effects of xenobiotics, the mechanism of realization of such effects on T- and B- blood lymphocytes.
