It is found that G72 of the first pare and anticodon are the main recognition determinants. Anticodon belongs to recognition region of the full form of TyrRS but not mini-TyrRS. It is found differences of active center structures of mammalian and bacterial TyrRSs and mechanisms of tRNA recognition.
