Work purpose - utilization of a liquid-phase electrochemiluminescence for investigation of physic-chemical processes on interface boundary electrode - solution. It is shown, that ECL utilization is effective for liquids analysis (homogeneous ECL analysis) and analysis of electrode surfaces conditions (heterogeneous ECL analysis). The new techniques a heterogeneous ECL analysis and appropriate analytical ECL composition are developed. The techniques a homogeneous ECL definition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water are created. Information's about the developed technique of definition of the contents in water-alkaline solutions oxalate and breadboard model of an analytical equipment "ЭЛАН-2" for electrochemical and ECL analysis also are resulted.
