Goal of research - development of methods for analysis, computation and synthesis of Markov-type systems with highly volatile parameters. Development of software packages which perform computations according to developed methods. Special attention is given to the research of Markov systems, which main characteristics could be stabilized through permutation of their parameters. Proposed methods give an opportunity to develop such algorithms of control over system parameters which make it possible to stabilize the probabilities of state within a finite period of time. Results of work are ap-plied to control the processes of diffusions, which occur during the manufacturing and control of medicines at the State Scientific Center of Medicines.
