This approach allows to take into account: an initial field, medium properties or a position of medium boundaries can have a complex dependence on time. The effectivness of the elaborated approach consists of: automatic taking into account of initial and boundary conditions, universality with respect to a form of an initial field, the lesser dependence on a problem dimensionality, simpler realisation of algorithms of numerical analysis The obtained results can be used in optics-electron communication systems with ultrafast semiconductor elements, for measuring of parameters of nonstable in time materials, for remote sensing.
