The operation purpose is to create methods, algorithms and hardware-software resources for such the detection. A multiscan processing of radar signals and objects tracks by means of memoring and multifactor analysing is the operation novelty. The real radar test results had shown the high level of the multiscan picture processing. So at presence of intensive "angel-echo" interference's as a result of the picture processing nearly 90% of "angel-echo" marks have been suppressed and mare than 80% of weak target marks were detected.
