Offered installation of etching of high frequency gratings with the vertical placement of sample of GaAs. Etching is conducted using He-Ne laser with the source power 50 mW. Holographic method of formation of high frequency gratings on the cladding of optical fibre, using photopolymers, is offered. Corresponding installation is designed. Calculation of gratings profile on semiconductor surfaces on power distribution of laser irradiation on diffraction orders is conduct. Is created model of light propagation in the optical single mode fibre Bragg gratings on the core of fibre, on the cladding of fibre, as well as model for corrugated borders between the core and cladding of fibre, which changes along sinusoidal equation, and corrugated borders between the cladding and external ambience. Using method of bound waves is designed theory of light diffraction on volume periodic structures. Results of theories well comply with result s of the experiment.
