Aims: Black Sea parasites and endocommensals monitoring; revision of some groups of parasites; study of parasites distribution among their hosts; evaluation of parasites role for communities biodiversity, transformation of energy and materials in marine ecosystems; influence of antropogenic factors on parasites. Main results. Strategy and tactics of parasite life cycles realization, role of parasites for biodiversity, materials and energy transformation in marine ecosystems, characters of parasite systems response to antropogenic effects are studied. Theoretic model of parasite systems formation on artificial reefs is suggested. It is shown the parasites distribution among their hosts depends upon their life cycles, biology and ecology, hosts biology and abiotic factors (temperature, depth, host population density). Parasitological conception of mariculture and methodic recommendation for parasitological monitoring of mussel and shrimp mari cumture are carried out.
