The goal of the investigation is working out of methodics approach to the regulation of the size of the wages fund of these enterprises. The methods of statistical, economical and structural analysis as well as comparison, analytical and computation methods were used. The main worked out principles determine the novelty of this investigation because they differ essentially from the methodics approaches being used up till now in the regulating mechanisms of the wages funds. The practical novelty of this approach is determined by the fact that it increases the productivity of labor and profitability of the enterprises, decreasing at the same time their dependence of subsidies.
