The goal of the investigation is to finish the recommendations as to the determination of the workers' wages depending on the personal contribution of a worker to the end results of the work of the enterprise. The main investigation method is analysis and systematization of observations and propositions received in the process of approval of the recommendations. As a result of this investigation, recommendations have been prepared which can be used by enterprises independent of the form of their property and type of their activities and business.
