The first group is formed by the approaches, in which the destruction is examined at a microstructure level. The second group is based on statistical submissions about process of destruction at cyclic loading. The theories using the thermodynamic description, and close to them deformation theories concern to the third group. Are developed tensor model of accumulation of damages in materials capable to take into account a loading history, but the nucleuses of these models should be chosen to phenomena. The expediency of association of last two approaches is established, using the equations of the ergodynamical approach to accumulation of damages in qualities of nucleuses of tensor models.
