Objects of a research - system of automatic control of marine objects. The purpose of work - development mathematical and software of information technology of the analysis and synthesis of systems of automatic control of marine objects. The research is based on application of methods of the theory of automatic control, linear algebra, theory of the differential equations, theory of functions of a complex variable, calculus mathematics. In a theoretical part of researches the methods of a parametrical research of mathematical models of systems of automatic control of marine objects of various classes are developed: circumscribed by the ordinary differential equations, differential-difference equations, partial equations. The developed methods include transformation of parametrical models, parametrical analysis of stability and synthesis. The developed methods are a basis for realization of researches ensuring designing энергосберегающих of systems of automatic control with marine objects. The practical part of researches consists of software engineering realizing offered theoretical methods as information technology of the parametrical analysis and synthesis of systems of automatic control by marine objects.
