The aim of the research is the improvement of the informational ensurement for every user of the university library, organization of the informational connection to the funds and databases of libraries - clients of the WWW, creation of the scientifically organized informational provision service and providing access for users to the WWW resources, to the libraries all over the world, national and international informational centres. The realization method - is the using of the network computer technologies in the libraries informational and technological processes. The result of the work is a review, analysis and selection of the computer means for automatization of the libraries informational and technological processes. The usage of the computer technologies in the library management have been examined and the user's access to the WWW informational resources have been r ealised. The possibility to give the WWW users the library funds and databases and the university scientific research databases have been provided. The result of the work are using in the university library.
