Objective is to investigate the influence of uniaxial pressure (UP) on the kinetic and optical properties of charge carriers. As a result of experiments performed the influence of impurity concentration, temperature and direction of UP on the emission from the sample of p-Ge is investigated; first the stimulated emission at the perpendicular directions of electric field and UP at the temperature Т=4.2К is detected.
