The work objective - creation of the atmosphere sensing technical instruments and methods of their application for the atmosphere parameters controling. The basic principalsof creation of the technical instruments of the atmosphere state remote control using methods of acoustic and radioacoustic sounding normal radar sensing and laser sensing with fast optical dust pollution sensors are considered. Also the methods of these technical instruments application for the extraordinary meteorological situation detection and forecast are discussed.
