Doping of amorphous of system Fe-B by Si considerably raises their thermal stability and leads to the dependence of temperature of starting crystallization on heating speed. The structural - phase condition, magnetic and mechanical properties of alloys of systems Fe-РЗМ-В have been investigated. An optimum structural condition for working out central products with further utilization at the industrial enterprises was determined.
