Activated lymphocytes are tested with the help of elaborated methods. The informative difference of new methods indices has been proved in different lymphocytes cultures and in clinical tests. The cytomorphometric, rosette and luminescentic indices of the population correlation of activated lymphocytes were elaborated. It gave the possibility to choose the group of risk among the children examined.
