Karazin popup.description2 The hypothesis of large-scaled phenomenon, leading to the precipitation of protons and electrons from the inner Earth's radiation belt and the synchrotron radio emission of last ones has been formulated. The structural scheme of ion-land experimental installation intended for the registration of precipitating electrons by their high-frequency radio emission. The numeric calculations of the spectral density of power fluence of synchrotron high frequency radio emission of precipitating electron bunches in noncoherent and partly coherent cases were carried out. By comparing with the experimental data it was shown that the mechanism of partly coherent synchrotron radio emission is realized. It has been made a conclusion about the locality of electrons precipitation on the middle latitude. The new method of cosmic gamma-guants observation by extensive air showers coherent radio emission impulses registration has been suggested. The calculation of radio emission field space distribution of showers, which is formed gamma-guants with have been conducted. The project of new type radiotelescope, which is intended for suggested method experimental realization has been described. The calculation of discrete radioholograms which are formed by coherent radio-emission of on extensive air shower (EAS) at different distances of its axis at the observation level has been performed. The radiohologram synthesis did appear to be feasible owing to the time lag of radio waves arriving at the point of observation being definitively related to the depth of the development of on individual extensive air shower in the atmosphere. It is shown, that it is possible to reconstruct the cascade curve view using several discrete radioholograms in the plane of observation. The radioholographic method of obtaining the cascade curve view for the individual extensive air shower makes the basis for the method of measuring the nuclear composition of high energy primary cosmic particles.
