Karazin popup.description2 The main goal of present work was determination of influence both external factors and twin structure on supercoductive transition and vortices dynamics in high temperature superconductors and influence of intercalated hydrogen on electroresistivity in temperature region of CDW phase transition. Experimental method was analysis of specimens electroresistivity. At conditions of artificial unidirectional twin structures anisotropic pinning of vortices and as result increasing of critical current were investigated. Possible formation of hydrogen clusters results in arising of thermoresistivity peculiarities on CWC, non-linear conductivity and negative differential resistance.
