New methods for theoretical studies of the quantum spin-systems are proposed: a special perturbative approach developed for calculations of the tunnel splitting in the spin-systems like that in anisotropic paramagnets in magnetic field. The peculiarities of the quantum oscillations in a magnetic field in layered crystals and superlattices in an external magnetic field (the de Haas - van Alphen effect) below the upper critical field, i.e. in the vertex Abrikosov state are studied.
