The goal of the analysis is to work out technical recommendations as to the regulation of the labor remuneration funds in accordance with p. 2.1.3 of the General Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine and the Confederation of the Employers of the Ukraine for 1999-2000. The research methods are statistical and functional analysis, as well as analytical, calculation, and economical comparison methods. Questions of the regulation of the labor remuneration funds in the market economy countries have been studied in the process of the investigation. On the assumption of the results of the analysis of the methods and approaches used in the market economy, a project of technical recommendations has been worked out using new technical approaches for the regulation o f the size of the labor remuneration funds at the enterprises of the production sphere in comparison with the approaches which have been used till now.
