Results of the following investigations are presented: the oretical studies of transitional pivot block-adapter, mathematical simulation of dynamics of combined trains and their air braking, dynamical tests of tank groups from the DEC Company (Poland) in trains of open wagons of the Ukrainian Railways ("Ukrzaliznytsya") on the LHS PKP line. The dynamical loading conditions for these tanrs are estimated, as well as the standards allowing the regular DEC tank operation in the "Ukrzaliznytsya" trains are setermined.
