Karazin popup.description2 The object of the research is a new approach to study the process of oxidizing conversion of the return coking gas into the synthesis-gas to produce motor fuels. The goal of the work is theoretically substantiate and investigate the possibilities of increasing efficiency though unproductive costs. The method of the research is the estimation of thermodynamic parameters to be used in the research balance methods not only for 1st, but for 2nd and 3rd laws of the thermodynamics, through the exergy, a thermodynamic function unused before, as a multipurpose parameter for the workability of the thermodynamic system in relation to the investigated technology. During the scientific research the Programme on the simulation of thermochemical conditions for the coke-heatcarrier heated up to 1300 grad. C was first developed at the central computing machine (in collaboration with the National Academy for Metallurgy of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk). The elaborated simulation technique alloved to consider the impact of 18 values on the process of cok baking: chemical, thermophysical, kynematic, hydraulic, geometric. During the scientific research new thermodynamic estimation and guantitarive data for new exergy function; in the cok chemistry the exergy balance of the investigated process, as a basis for its improvement and initiation of practical recommendation, was carried out for the first time.
