Karazin popup.description2 Ring (RL) submillimeter (SMM) lasers with optical pumping (LOP) as well as the methods for measuring of the optical constants of the materials in the SMM range of a spectrum are the object of the investigations. Development, creating and investigation of the SMM LOP by using of the ring resonators and application of the RL in the heterodyne schemes of the interferometers-polarimeters as well as measuring of the optical constants of the materials on the lines of the LOP working transitions are the purpose of this work. The RL with bidirectional optical pumping is designed, created and investigated in this work. The opportunity of the reception of the frequency difference of the opposing waves about hundreds kHz in such lasers without application of not mutual elements in the resonator is shown. The qualitave model, which explained the mechanism of the of amplification contour formation in the RL with bidirectional pumping is proposed. The heterodyne interferometer on t he basis of the RL, which operate on the wave length 393 mkm and provide the definition of the minimal value of the phase difference neither more than 0,5 is created and investigated. The stand for investigation of the SMM waverange electromagnetic radiation action on the biological objects is created. The results of the investigations can be used at creating the equipment for study of the plasma, semiconductors dielectrics and biological objects in the SMM region of the spectrum. The results of the investigations of the optical constants can be used at manufacturing of the elements of the SMM optics. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-03 Close
