Effect of natural stimulating substanses - the biohumus extract and the cultural filtrate of fungus Biopolaris sorokinia on barley growth and resistance to heat and helmintosporiosis infektion ; effect of heat on polumer composition of barley cell walls; copper accumulation in shoots and roots ; coper ions effect on B. sorokiniana growth and sporulation in agar nutrient medium were investigated. It was established that bioaktive substances stimulated barleu growth in the heterophic and autotropic phases of juvenile developmental period. The natural stimulatiors decreased plants thermotolerance but increased their resistance to the foots rot and spot blotch. Heat shock led to growth decline and pectin substances decrease, thermotolerance induction led both to growth and pectin content restoration nearly to the control level. The pecularities of copper accumulation in different parts of the plant and copper effect on phytoatogenic fungus Bipolaris sorokiniana growth were established .
