The goal of the research is constructing the theory of defining functionals, mathematically correct and complete theory of boundary pseudodifferential equations in mixed problems for the maxwell system. For dissipative infinite-dimensional dynamic systems the methods of analysis were constructed that are based on the concept of defining functionals.
