A nonlinear stage of beam instability of eigen surface waves of magnetoactive plasma cylindrical waveguide that interact with annular electron beam is studied. It is found that electron beam breacks up into bunchs which are captured by field of asimuthal surface waves as a result of such interaction and instability of these waves comes into saturation stage.
