Karazin popup.description2 Objects of investigations were the materials with different physical and chemical properties which contain the same element (Zn-Zn metallic, ZnS, ZnSe, ZnTe-semiconductors; Zn, Cd-metals, ZnO, CdO-oxides), and also metal foils (Be, Ti, Ta, W) and dielectrics (alcali-haloid crystals). For the first time systematic studies were conducted and the results showing considerable influence of material physical and chemical properties of (band structure, chemical bonding parameters, thermodynamic parameters) on a fly-off probability of sputtered zinc particles in a certain state of excitation were obtained. The dependence of a quantum yield of scattered particles radiation and probability of their excitation on target atomic mass was set. The angular distribution of scattered excited particles dependence on their fly-off energy was established.
